The only information I need to confirm the appointment is your full name, email address, and cell phone number. Your personal information is in safe hands and will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

Submit your documents to our secure portal at least 1 hour before your appointment. Once the documents are received, you will be emailed a link to access the online notary session. For your security and privacy, all documents will be deleted within 24 hours or after your notary appointment is completed, whichever comes first.

About five minutes before the appointment time, you will be prompted to click on a secure link sent directly to the email address you provided. Simply upload a photo of your identification, then meet with your online notary. After the notarization is complete, your document will be available for instant download.
